The Municipality of Barrington (Lobster Capital of Canada) welcomes the 20th edition of the Heartland Tour to participate in our Community Wellness Day at the East Hants Sportsplex in Lantz. Join us for a Walk & Talk wth Dr. Nick. The Tour's founder and Chairman, Dr. Nicholas Giacomantonio, an expert on cardiovascular disease prevention and management to share his insights on how physical activity and good nutrition supports health and ageing well.
