The Municipality of the District of Guysborough's Recreation Department welcomes the 20th edition of the Heartland Tour with your opportunity to participate in a Walk & Talk wth Dr. Nick. The Tour's founder and Chairman, Dr. Nicholas Giacomantonio, an expert on cardiovascular disease prevention and management, he will to share his knowledge on how lifetsyle choices such as physical activity and good nutrition support health and ageing well.
Receive a free Heartland Tour t-shirt and be entered into a draw for a $50 grocery gift card.
We will go for a walk, at your pace, and you will be able to speak with talk Dr. Nick along the way.
